Christian's Measure of Central Tendency
mean - put raw data into ascending order.
- sum of all data, devided by the number of data
- if you have an outlier it changes the mean
median
- put raw data into ascending order
- find the middle number
- its the best way to find the average of the data if there is an outlier
- if you have two middle number you have to add the two middle number and devide it by 2
mode
- put raw data into ascending order
- find the most occuring number in the data
- you can have more than one mode
- you can have no mode at all
- put raw data into ascending order
- largest data minus the smallest data
- if there is a large range check if the mean is the best way to find the average
