In this post, I will be showing you how to do part A, and questions 4 and 5. I will be using a ratio table for both of them. Remember that what you do to one side, you have to do to the other side.
Part A

1) 245% of $356.80

245% of 365.80 is 874.16

2) 68 3/4% of 730
Here we have to convert the fraction into a decimal.

68 3/4% of 730 is 501.875

3) 360% of $129.95

360% of 129.95 is 467.82


Part B
Since these are word problems, you have to have a simple sentence answer at the end.

5) The 4900 seat hockey arena was 63% full. How many people were at the game?






6) The Nile River is about 209% the length of the Yukon River. If the Yukon River is 3168 km, how long is the Nile river to the Nearest km? Show your work.
